GFWC-Brillion Woman's Club

The GFWC Brillion Woman's Club purpose is to bring the women of the Brillion area together for mutual helpfulness and for service to the community.  Men are also welcome to join the organization.

The club is affiliated with the GFWC-WI state organization and the General Federation of Women's Club which is one of the oldest and largest international women's organizations.

The club maintains the flower bed adjacent to Heritage Park.  Annual scholarships are given to a graduating high school senior and a student attending a summer music camp.

Kind News, a humane and environmental newspaper is distributed to third grade classes in the local schools.  The Helen Farnsworth Mears Art Contest for seventh and eighth grade students and homeschooled children is held annually. ICE (In Case of Emergency) cards are available to area residents.

Fundraising to support these projects includes Lunch with Santa, bridge and cribbage marathons, and silent auctions.

The club meets monthly September through May the fourth Tuesday of the month in the lower level of the Brillion Public Library.  Meetings start at 7:00 p.m.
