Fitness Classes

Pre-Registration not required for Fitness Classes.

Water Arthritis Class
Water Arthritis takes place in the shallow portion of the pool.  It is a low intensity class, and consists of walking back and forth while doing movements to help the joints, along with a handful of stationary exercises.
Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday 9:00am - 10:00am

Water Exercise
Water Exercise is done mostly in the deep well and is of medium intensity.  This exercise works all parts of your body, including arms, legs, and abs.
Monday/Wednesday/ Friday 8:00am - 9:00am

Wednesday 6:00pm - 6:50pm
Saturday 8:00am - 9:00am

Belly Dancing
Learn breathing and posture while focusing on the Middle Eastern Dance.  The dancer will accomplish authentic core fundamentals of belly dancing.
1st & 2nd Tuesday of the month 6:00pm - 8:00pm

Tai Chi
Tai chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that is practiced as a graceful form of exercise.  It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner with soft background music.  Tai chi is low impact and puts minimum stress on muscles and joints, making it generally safe for all ages and fitness levels.

Yoga is a great way to work on your flexibility and strength. Yoga poses work by stretching your muscles. They can help you move better and feel less stiff or tired.
Wednesday 6:00pm - 7:00pm
3rd Saturday of the month 9:00am - 10:00am
