Grown-up & Me
For children ages 6 months-3 years old. At least one parent/guardian is required to be in the water with the child at all times. This class is designed to help children become more comfortable in water, not teach them how to swim.

Starfish Preschool
Early level preschool (usually 3-4 yr. old) with little to no water experience. Class focuses on making children more comfortable in the water and starting a foundation for basic skills (i.e. floats, glides, kicking, etc.)

Seahorse Preschool
For preschool students who have passed the Starfish level or an equivalent at another facility (usually 3-5 yr. old) who have some water experience and are fairly comfortable being in the water. Class focuses on building comfort levels and skills for swimming strokes.

ARC I: Intro to Water Skills
For children who have completed Seahorse Preschool level, or an equivalent at another facility, or are 5 yrs. old or older and are fairly comfortable in the water. Class focuses on floats, glides, treading and basic front crawl and back crawl motions with some assistance.

ARC II: Fundamental Skills
For children who have completed Seahorse School level, ARC I or an equivalent at another facility.  To enter this level students must be able to hold their breath, blow bubbles, and must be willing to start performing some skills on their own.  Class focuses on doing floats, glides, treading, minimal front & back crawl without assistance, and rhythmic breathing is learned.

ARC III: Stroke Development
For children who have completed ARC II or an equivalent at another facility.  To enter this level, students must be able to show understanding of rhythmic breathing and be able to do all floats, glides, and treading for the appropriate amount of time. Class focuses on improving endurance and technique in front crawl & back crawl, and learning elementary backstroke, scissors kick, and breast stroke kick.

ARC IV: Stroke Improvement
For children who completed ARC III or an equivalent at another facility.  To enter this level, students must be able to swim front crawl for 15 yards with rotary breathing, swim elementary backstroke for 15 yards, and do the breast stroke and scissors kicks.  Class focuses on improving endurance and technique in previously learned strokes. Learning breast stroke, side stroke, and butterfly.  Other new skills include open turns, feet first surface dive, and survival swimming.

ARC V: Stroke Refinement
For children who completed ARC 4 or an equivalent at another facility.  To enter this level students must be able to swim 25 yards of front crawl, 15 yards of breast stroke, 15 yards of butterfly, 25 yards of elementary back stroke, 15 yards of back crawl, and 15 yards of sidestroke.  Class focuses on mainly on improving endurance and technique.  New skills include shallow angle dives, headfirst surface dives and flip turns.

ARC VI
***Students have a choice of 4 different level VI directions...students may take any or all level VI choices.***
Personal Water Safety:
 All flip/open turns for all strokes, all 6 strokes at least 50 yards each, various personal water safety skills.
Fundamentals of Diving:  All flip/open turns for all strokes, all 6 strokes at least 50 yards each, various diving skills and positions.
Fitness Swimmer: All flip/open turns for all strokes, all 6 strokes at least 50 yards each, fitness swimming using different equipment, training programs and swimming races.
